Interface with Sales managers, & Country sales operations, ensuring seamless management of sales processes, data, and reports in T360. Coordinate teams for consistency in data, tools, and processes, ensuring compliance with sales assurance and regulatory activities. Key Responsibilities: Manage sales team alignment, overseeing pipeline, metrics, forecasting, and opportunities. Create and maintain documentation for core sales processes, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. Support Sales & Marketing in pursuing and securing future opportunities. Provide regular reports on sales performance and operational efficiency to senior management Participate in functional objective development and staff competency enhancement. Ensure compliance with bid governance, prioritize capture activities, and monitor performance. Your Skills: Experience in end-to-end Sales Process Strong analytical skills, proficiency in complex spreadsheets, and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Query, T360 Expertise in core sales processes and methodology, serving as a regional go-to person for queries and issue resolution Blend of operational experience and business acumen to manage all aspects of sales operations, balancing influence on desired behaviours with governance enforcement Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and analysis skills, coupled with sound commercial judgment and motivation to thrive in a dynamic environment WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY After you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
