About the Role Complete general administration and secretarial duties including mail, typing, formatting, photocopying data entry, filing (both manually and electronically) and travel arrangements whilst maintaining a neat and tidy work area. Attend and perform secretariat duties in meetings and disseminate minutes and other information within the area when required. Rostering support processes including roster submission, AVAC processing and myHR management for the Anaesthesia Department. Contribute to development of databases and spreadsheets, complete data entry and maintain accuracy and integrity of information in databases and produce and action reports when requested.
