Office Administrator — Port Melbourne, Port Phillip

The Opportunity We have an excellent opportunity for an organised, people person looking for a job at the centre of the action. This role is advertised as an Office Administrator, however in our business, you’ll be called a Technical Assistant. To succeed in this role you’ll need to be methodical and planned in your approach providing office support to our consulting teams in VIC & NSW, as well as providing admin support to the wider organisation. One day you might be packing equipment for consultants who are heading into the field, another you might be booking accommodation and flights, or doing data base searches. No two days are ever the same, so you will need to be flexible and self-motivated to really flourish in this position. You will be part of a very supportive and established team who are highly valued across the organisation.
