About the role Your impact will be wide and varied, but your key responsibilities will include: Design and improve our products' UX and UI, from initial research, sketches, and prototypes to final production-ready interfaces. Orchestrating and leading discovery and design sessions with cross-functional teams to ensure precise problem-solving and alignment. Collaborating closely with product management, sustainability experts, and stakeholders to define and evolve product strategy and ideate solutions. Lead the design function and drive continuous process improvement Evolve our design system in tandem with engineering teams Balance technical feasibility with user needs by working closely with engineering to design a complete, simple solution What are your strengths? You embrace a fast-paced, agile environment while adapting requirements to market changes. You can put together UI, but your real bread and butter sits within product and UX design, information architecture, research, and validation. You look at problems holistically and can balance user, business, market, and technical needs as you go. You’re a champion of core UX principles and best practices, able to mentor and guide others towards the same understanding. You love collaborating with diverse stakeholders, sharing progress often, communicating clearly and effectively, and establishing clear expectations. You’re a Figma wizard who strives to deliver systematic, structured and beautiful design work. You enjoy facilitating discussions with stakeholders and finding the problems they’re trying to solve when they bring solutions and ideas your way.
