About the Company: This rapidly growing B2B SaaS company is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Development Representative to join their team. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, conducting both outbound and inbound sales activities and transitioning leads to the BD team, whilst continuing to grow and nurture your pool of potential leads. Responsibilities: Prospecting cold leads to find new sales opportunities Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels including cold calling and email Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the client's requirements and which product can help them, to qualify leads for the sales team Develop and nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline Work closely with the sales leadership team and share valuable market and competitor insights Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly for lead generation and qualification Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience as an SDR and/or in B2B SaaS sales is essential, this is not an entry level role Experience in an end-toe-end SDR role, and ability to prospect cold leads Strong interpersonal skills, you love speaking to customers and chasing new business Strong verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools For more information, get in touch with Olivia at BLACKROC on 0468 918 176 / oliviablackroc.co.
