As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive Some key duties for this role will include: Process and input reservations following hotel reservations policy. Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system Answer all calls promptly, within 3 rings using specified greeting for hotel, in a courteous and efficient manner. Ensure that all relevant information is obtained. Ensure all reservations are accurately actioned within the same working day. Maintain an efficient reservations filing system with applicable dates, ensuring any past reservations are filed away effectively and in a timely manner. Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
