Contracts Administrator — Campbellfield, Hume Area

Company Description SULO, part of PACT group currently supports 11 councils for FMS across the country for their bin supply and repair needs. The Services Administrator will be responsible for all day-to-day customer service, communications, and tasks for 5 of the 11 council contracts nationally, monthly invoicing, data entry and occasional reporting when required. About this opportunity You will look after raising purchase orders for all sites. Working closely with the relevant FMS supervisors in organizing daily truck runs. Manage own workload, prioritizing tasks. Responsibilities may be varied from time to time to respond to the organizational and/or operational requirements/changes of the business. Your key responsibilities will be to: Timely daily email responses to Councils in Melbourne Working with FMS Supervisor (Field Maintenance Services) on plaining daily jobs on for drivers (6 contracts that could be subject to change) includes extracting out of Customers portals. Daily completed jobs sent back includes exporting files into Customers portals. Monthly Invoicing for 6 contracts (subject to change) with supporting data. Purchase orders (site needs, stationary, staff amenities, bin washing and others as need arises). Assist with driver day to day queries (Supporting FMS Supervisor) Maintain KPI's for all contracts in conjunction with FMS Supervisor. Learn and understand monthly reporting and other monthly tasks as back up to National Senior Administrator. Your skills and experience To be successful in this role, you'll have: High level Customer Service. High interpersonal and communication skills. Intermediate level Office, Excel & Word. Accurate data entry. Be able to work autonomously. Excellent attention to detail. Demonstrates initiative with problem solving and quick thinking. Multitask and meet deadlines.
