Wilson Security are looking for Tactical Security Guards for retail sites across Darwin. Working at a local retail shopping centre, you will act a Static/Customer Service Guard and ensure general safety of the public amongst other responsibilities. You must thrive when it comes to providing exceptional customer service and you will be resilient and patient as you deal with issues daily. Importantly, you will be well presented and you MUST have excellent communication skills. The position function includes: • Ensuring safety of the general public inside the retail facility • General foot patrols and ensuring alarms are responded to quickly. • Dealing with issues and conflict professionally in a timely manner • Customer service security • General ad hoc security duties as required Role requirements: • NT Security License • Current valid Driver's license • Current First Aid qualification • Full Working rights and availability • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills • Strong multitasking ability • Strong customer service skills and resilience to work within a fast-paced environment Wilson Security is an employer of choice, and we engage with our people using a number of mediums, including online and in person.
