It is expected that the Fulfilment and Customer Service Team Lead will combine their high attention to detail and technical skill to ensure all customer's orders are keyed and delivered OTIF, along with combining strategic and analytical thinking, utilizing their skills to train and develop team members and being hands on as required in key functional tasks.
