Position Overview We are looking for an energetic, hands-on leader, who is capable of motivating and driving our retail team and building sales. You will have full control of the store, including accountability for its sales and net profit performance. You will be an experienced business manager with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for growing the business. You will have experience in employee management and will be determined to grow sales & produce amazing results You will spend your days maintaining and selling the large range of products we sell as well as working alongside and managing a great team of individuals who are passionate about the products they sell.
