About the role Are you a dynamic and energetic digital designer seeking variety and impact? Look no further This 12-month full-time contract role is all about breadth, working across our iconic retail banners and brands; Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market, Vintage Cellars, Coles Liquor and Exclusive Liquor Brands (ELB). Other perks include diverse and impactful design work every day, collaboration with brand teams and agencies, and cross-functional team dynamics. Applications close on the 26th of April Day to day you'll: Manage the creation and delivery of creative assets across customer facing touchpoints (web, digital, social, and print). Work alongside agency partners, you'll respond to strategic briefs to develop design options that are consistent with brand guidelines and templates. Deliver flawless execution to enhance customer experience. About you and your skills With 2 years of graphic design experience, you bring breath of experience across print and digital and come from an agency or in-house design function (ideally working in or on retail creative). Autonomous and self-starting, you thrive in an agile environment and enjoy a fast-paced culture. You'll also need: Experience exercising an innovative mindset and trying new design styles and trends. Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Canva, and Figma. Experience managing multiple projects and priorities at once. Experience negotiating, advising, and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders. Consistent exposure to new design technologies, methodologies and industry trends.
