Consultant, Workforce Design Specialist — The Rocks, Sydney

Permanent Sydney Enable the delivery of organisation design and workforce management activities across the Group How will I help? Joining the Operating Model Team within HR, you will use your internal consulting skills and specialisation to enable the delivery of organisation design and workforce management activities across the Group to embed the Operating Model. This will include: Pro-actively engage and provide the HR Community and Business guidance on operating model and organisation designs to comply with the Operating Model Framework and principles. Enable the delivery of organisation and job/role design and workforce management activities through coaching and implementing standardised tools, frameworks, and templates across the HR Job Family. Support and coach, where required, the delivery of both macro and micro design through advice, tools, frameworks, and templates to ensure the business optimise their workforce and remain within the Workforce Size limits. Accelerate progress towards target state vision by conducting periodic reviews of the operating model to monitor our progress against targeted outcomes and identify opportunities to accelerate towards our target state vision. On the Job coaching of the HR Job Family to uplift understanding and capability in the Operating Model, including Workforce Design and Orgvue usage and diagnostic tools. Support business leaders embed and mature the Operating Model and all it's constructs to stay aligned to the OMF and provide thought leadership to help optimise the way they operate. With demonstrable experience across Job coaching of the HR Job Family to uplift understanding and capability in the Operating Model you will be experienced across Workforce Design and Orgvue usage and diagnostic tools.
