As an Lendi Associate, you’ll handle inbound customer enquiries while also making outbound contact with leads to see if we can assist with their lending needs. Day-to-day, you’ll leverage the magic of the Lendi Platform and its innovative features to enable seamless sales processes and create exceptional experiences for customers. Key responsibilities of a Lendi Associate: Prospecting customers over the phone and discussing their lending needs Converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers Identifying opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases Leveraging your sales and relationship building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment, where they can upload documents and provide their broker with key info
