About the role In this role, you will provide key administrative support to our Community Inclusion unit, ensuring that projects can be delivered effectively and efficiently. You will assist the team by updating and maintaining databases, coordinating diaries and meetings, providing events support, processing invoices and preparing financial reports, and other general administrative duties. Work type: Permanent Full Time Classification: Band 4 $69,560 - $74,316 (pa plus super) Key responsibilities include: Organise and plan day-to-day activities for the Coordinator and wider Community Inclusion unit Provide administrative support in the form of diary, records and telephone management Assist the Coordinator and Team Leaders with budget monitoring, invoice processing and financial reports Provide secretarial support for network meetings, forums, events and other community programs. About you To be successful in this role, you will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on a range of administrative tasks to a high quality. You will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
