About the role: Driven by a commitment to excellence in service delivery, they are in search of an organized and efficient Operations Administrator to bolster their team. This role positions you at the heart of the organisation's operations, where you'll provide crucial support to executives while ensuring the seamless functioning of day-to-day activities. It's an exciting opportunity to work closely with Client Services Managers (CSMs) and the Operations Manager, contributing to the efficient running of their operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to higher-ups, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Facilitate seamless communication between various departments and stakeholders, ensuring the smooth flow of information and enhancing operational effectiveness. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for Client Services Managers (CSMs) and the Operations Manager, utilising proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Track and monitor key performance metrics, compiling data and generating reports to support decision-making processes, demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved, while proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements. Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams, relaying instructions, gathering information, and resolving queries as needed, leveraging excellent communication skills and resourcefulness. Collaborate with team members to support ad hoc tasks and projects, contributing to the overall success of the organisation and showcasing flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities. An attractive package of $80,000 - $85,000 plus super, plus great support. Previous administrative experience preferred. Collaborative mindset Additional Information: This is a full-time position, but consideration may be given to candidates seeking a four-day workweek depending on skills and experience. The role will initially be based in the office to facilitate familiarity with company operations and personnel, there may be a possibility to work from home a couple days a week in the future depending on business needs.
