The Opportunity Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the Retail Promotions and Retail Pricing Manager, the Retail Promotions Assistant will work with the wider Merchandise team to manage & deploy the end-to-end promotional program and follow & execute promotional critical path tasks. You will also be involved in Promotion & Pricing tasks. You will also be an important link between suppliers, franchise partners & internal stakeholders for our Retail brands including Amcal and Discount Drug Stores. Key Responsibilities include: Understand the end-to-end promo process and follow critical path deadlines. Primary contact with external and internal stakeholders for all promotional related tasks & queries Authenticate data accuracy of all promotional briefs through various validation checks. Assists in proofing of all catalogue and other promotional artworks. Generates reports for various teams to assist in data integrity and correct process flow. Communicate all promotional updates through the appropriate channels. Promotional deal creation and upload Maintenance and upload of deal sheets and POS data We are looking for: Experience in Office Customer Service / Promotions or Category Assistant Understanding & experience of working the dynamics of a Franchise environment or similar Proficient in MS Office (Teams, Excel, Power Point, Word) Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and strong attention to detail Strong communication skills written and verbal Excellent Project Management skills What's on offer: When you join Sigma Healthcare, you join an Australian success story with over 100years of proud history.
