Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders Work with the sales team to handle customer inquiries, emails and social media enquiries Listen to clients' requirements and offer needs-based solutions to deliver optimum sales Develop and maintain our ecommerce platforms Manage inbound calls, customers queries and online requests Introduce and promote new products and ranges Excellent phone manner and communication skills What will you need? Experience in a similar role and a proven track record (2 years' experience) You will have competitive drive and ability with a can do attitude Internal sales and account management experience Ecommerce sales experience Experience using SAP AND Microsoft 365 Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly Excellent communication both written and verbal Ability to plan and execute profit, budget and forecast reports Can do attitude with drive and determination to succeed Team player that is a proactive problem solver This is a permanent position with job security in a highly successful proudly Australian owned company.
