My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead the sales operations across Australia. Reporting directly to the MD the NSM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing effective sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team. With a proven track record in leadership, and CRM roll out you will drive and orchestrate the sales strategy for the entire AU business. You will Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share; Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance and exceed targets; Forster strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally to maximise efficiency and effectiveness; Analyse market and competitor trends to align on business direction across ANZ; Cross collaborate with marketing, finance & commercial to coordinate key sales strategies; and Have strong commitment to the core values. What you will have Have minimum of 10 years' experience in sales leadership, with an intimate understanding of manufacturing; Exceptional communication and influencing skills; Ability to work independently but collaborate regularly with international leadership teams; Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences; Previous experience managing international sales teams, ideally from a similar industry; and Master's or similar Business Degree / Tertiary Education.
