Your responsibilities include: Connecting with our customers, building strong rapport through meaningful conversations Understanding and identifying customers' issues, using problem solving skills to deliver relevant and effective solutions that create a positive outcome Educating clients on our products, services and processes in an efficient manner and have the ability to articulate complex issues in an effortless way. CommSec provides a high level of customer service to complement our products and services. Our contact centre based at Darling Harbour is the key for ensuring the clients of CommSec receive the best care and service when it comes to their investment portfolios.
