Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and drive performance Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and promote retention. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and technical support, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and approaches. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management. Key Requirements: Proven experience in sales management and leadership - call centre management experience would be highly advantageous. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of exceeding sales targets Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
