About the role Reporting to the Regional Manager the project engineer role is specifically tailored to the dedicated and motivated individual, with previous experience in road and earthwork projects. This role will be based from the North Queensland office in Townsville however the works / projects are across Northern Queensland. This role is working on stabilisation projects. Duties • Work with the client • Manage the development and project delivery • Implementation of systems Skills & Experience • Tertiary qualified degree in Civil Engineering • A background within the Civil Construction industry with suitable understanding of constructions projects, work activities, resources with sound plant capability and productivity knowledge. • Minimum of 2 years experience • Demonstrate experience to lead a team with the ability to build a culture of accountability and performance • Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with relevant codes and standards Some overnight travel will be required at times in the performance of position duties Benefits • Work / life balance • We offer career development through ongoing training as required • Yearly bonus reviews Desired Skills and Experience How to apply Click APPLY or contact Jessica Muller (02) 4340 0111 for a confidential discussion.
