You will complete rental bookings and transactions, marketing products and services, and responding to general customer enquiries. Key responsibilities will include: Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening Review in detail Avis Budget Group's various add-ons and services as to determine what may best suit the customer. Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively. Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner Answering customer questions and enquiries What we're looking for This casual position that requires a minimum availability of 3-4 days per week where you will be scheduled to work during our operations hours which is Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday & Sunday 8 am to 12 pm (midday) Applicants must have a full and valid driver's license . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service. Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information.
