Our esteemed national client, a leading figure in the poultry industry, is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service/Telesales operator to join their dynamic team at the bustling distribution center located in Wulkuraka, Ipswich. This position is 5 days per week – Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm ASAP START $33.93 per hour This position entails direct interaction with our client's extensive customer base, managing inquiries via email and phone. The primary responsibilities include efficiently processing orders and ensuring clear communication with customers throughout the process. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of each order is essential, involving the meticulous updating of digital databases using Excel.
