Thiess is the place to make things happen. About the role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer to join the Thiess Warehouse crew at Pembroke Resource's Olive Downs Complex. Pembroke Resource's Olive Downs Complex is a greenfield project located 40 kilometres south-east of Moranbah which commenced mining operations in mid-2023. Thiess has been awarded a five-year contract to deliver full service mining operations, including mine planning overburden removal, drill and blast, load and haul (autonomous), water management and rehabilitation as well as construction of the mine infrastructure. Working a 7/7 DS NS roster and reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, your duties will include: Establishing, maintaining, and promoting high standards of customer service to internal and external stakeholders Maintain the stores efficiently and ensure the inventory is optimised Ensure parts and equipment for the mobile and fixed plant fleets are available to meet organisational and maintenance targets Perform general administration duties as required to ensure daily performance targets are achieved Optimise efficient operation of the warehouse by coordinating deliveries with carriers and adhering to schedules and deadlines Management of stores inventory and coordination of periodic stock takes Assisting Warehouse Supervisor as required About you As a successful applicant, you will be a high-achieving team-focused individual who enjoys delivering results in a dynamic environment.
