The Site Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all on-site construction activities related to infrastructure reinstatement. Additionally, the Site Manager will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards while executing decommissioning, relocating, and installing new utility pipelines, as well as managing the deconstruction and reconstruction of various property infrastructure elements such as boundary walls, fencing, gates, driveways, footpaths, kerbs and power poles. Paying up to $150k super, depending on experience, with an opportunity of career progression within this construction company. Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with the client delivery team to ensure project objectives are met. Coordinate and supervise construction workers, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Liaise effectively with the client, other construction professionals, and occasionally members of the public to address concerns and maintain positive relationships. Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with construction activities. Develop and maintain weekly and monthly construction programs to ensure project milestones are achieved. Facilitate weekly progress meetings to review project status, address issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and convey project requirements. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges that may arise during construction. Ability to make informed decisions under pressure while considering project constraints and objectives. Proven teamworking abilities to foster collaboration among construction workers and project stakeholders. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure project quality and compliance with regulations. Requirements Include: Trade Qualified or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field (highly desirable). Strong Experience Civil construction and leading teams. Knowledge of construction regulations and standards. Experience in managing property reinstatement projects and coordinating utility pipeline installations is highly desirable.
