Your Mission As an Associate Product Designer at Propeller, you'll get to deliver experiences on products that impact thousands of construction sites around the world. You'll be building tools that allow construction and civil companies to easily map, measure and manage their worksites through survey-grade maps. You'll be working closely with an empowered product and engineering team, which all thrive off working closely with the customers, and you'll regularly engage in two-way communication with these users for feedback. You'll be working within a design team with an abundance of diverse experience, and you'll be provided with hands-on mentorship and coaching to deliver on projects. You will still be provided plenty of ownership in your role, allowing you to partner with the engineering and product teams to make critical decisions in the product space. You'll primarily be contributing to the growth of our mobile application and diving into the web platform when needed, ensuring that we can design and deliver a seamless experience across both mediums. You're someone who naturally enjoys taking on growth opportunities and taking responsibility for projects and wants to be exposed to more opportunities that allow you to do so. Your Skills UX/UI Experience: You have some working experience in a product design role as an intern, graduate, junior or associate. The kicker? It was on a SaaS product. Collaboration: You should be comfortable communicating directly with customers. Interface & Experience Creation: Knowing the ins and outs of crafting delightful, intuitive interfaces is key. Whether it's web-based or native apps, having that experience is a big plus. And hey, if you're well-versed in using Figma for design, even better You're a self-starter: You're comfortable working with ambiguity and enjoy solving complex problems.
