Customer Service transformation project — Darlinghurst, Sydney

Elevate your career with this influential healthcare institution The Role This is a contract role that's likely to be 6 months in duration, during which time you'll work through the following deliverables: Centralising and optimising the customer service function (this includes front desk reception, administration, patient administration, scanning, complaints handling, email handling, medical typists, billings, etc) across multiple sites Developing a procedure manual Process mapping each role and cross training of staff Develop KPIs (business and team) that don't place additional strain on the team Identify opportunities for efficiencies and engaging the team to trial them Developing onboarding process and training manuals for the team About You As the successful candidate, you're well experienced in customer service and have worked at least at a team leader level. You are experienced in workflow process improvement, are capable of reviewing something, pulling it apart, and implementing a process that has the customer experience (internal and external) at it's core. In addition to the above, your style engages staff and takes them on a transformation and improvement journey, you can build a culture of safety and trust with the team, along with innovation, continuous improvement and a growth mind-set. Experience in medical administration is a plus, and you have knowledge of the Australian healthcare system (how Medicare and Healthfunds work). Experience dealing with insurance claims is beneficial.
