We're looking to hire an energetic junior recruitment resourcer/consultant for our qualified legal team. Established in 2017 the firm has grown and now works with top tier law firms across Australia and internationally. With a growing client base, we are looking for dynamic and personable Junior Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer to join our team. The role This role is ideal for a junior consultant/candidate resourcer who is looking to get their start in recruitment or for a law student/graduate looking to build their knowledge of the legal market, practice areas and firms. Recruitment is a relationship business and therefore you have to enjoy working with people. Experience across the legal sector would be an advantage. However, the core requirement is someone who is highly self-motivated and driven. Daily tasks will include: Use your candidate sourcing talents to find the best candidates for our clients Reaching out to new and existing candidates on a weekly basis about new legal roles in the market via Linkedin messages or emails Optional: Making warm calls to existing candidates in our database Administration & Data Entry using excel and our candidate database Assisting with preparing Job Adverts Time management and project management Market research and reporting on market trends What we think you’ll need We want someone who shares our vision and values but who is first and foremost dedicated to working hard to achieve success.
