Workfast is currently seeking a Sales Associate to work closely as a PA to the Principal Workfast is currently seeking a Sales Associate to work closely with the Principal. We are looking for someone that is extremely motivated, has a strong eye for detail & has a can do attitude. The role of the Sales Associate is to generate new business opportunities for the Principal through a range of prospecting techniques, while they are continuing to learn all the skills of a successful agent. They have the opportunity to nurture contacts and create long lasting relationships. Your responsibilities would include: Organise and run Open for Inspections and private inspections Attend property appraisals with the lead principal Follow up all buyer enquiries Data entry of all information in to the CRM Preparing price reports and appraisals to estimate properties value Preparing sales documentation (authorities, contracts, comparable, form 6’s, form 9’s etc) in line with company policies and the relevant legislation Assist in social media management and campaigns Schedule and attend photoshoots, valuations, building and pests, and inspections Schedule and attend settlement, pre appraisal and post appraisal packs To be successful for this role, you must have: Industry standard certifications (QLD Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration) Drivers licence and own vehicle Strong and professional communication skills Thrive in a high paced environment A high level of motivation Time management skills Ability to handle and overcome objections What you get: Amazing opportunities for professionals to contribute their expertise and continue to grow within the Real Estate sector Attractive salary package Work for a well-established and highly reputable company A dedicated, supportive and passionate team About us: Workfast is a labour-hire company working with some of Australia's largest companies.
