The Role This is a 6 month Maternity Leave contract seeking an immediate start. Your responsibilities include: Reviewing civil contracts - infrastructure and urban and drafting departures; Negotiating departures to subcontract agreements - major / minor/consultancy / material supply / consultancy agreement; Drafting letters for notices under contracts e.g. variations, notices of delay; and Reviewing vendor credit application terms and conditions and drafting and negotiating departures. About You The ideal candidates will be commercially astute and have a minimum of 4 years PAE with proven experience in commercial contracts management and negotiation. In addition, you will also possess the following: Construction Experience will be highly regarded and preferred; Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively; Ability to confidently present messages in a clear, concise and articulate manner; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate persuasively with stakeholders and advise clients and senior management on procurement planning, sourcing and contract management strategies; and Motivated, pro-active and self-managing.
