BlueScope Distribution is a single-source provider of steel and aluminium product, processing and service solutions. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. In this diverse role, you will support our team by managing enquiries that come from walk in customers and via phone and email. Our customers are a mix of homeowners and builders requiring a variety of superior products and solutions that we offer. Being the face of BlueScope, you will ensure all of our customers receive exceptional service. Being the face of BlueScope for our customers, you will: interact with our customers over the phone, email and in person managing quotes and queries follow-up on quotations and inquiries converting these into sales opportunities collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are me nurture and grow relationships with customers to uncover new business and sales opportunities resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer's experience More About You You will have a positive attitude combined with an eagerness to learn and provide exceptional customer experience.
