Reporting to the Senior Relationship Manager, you will operate in a collaborative environment, delivering a distinctive customer experience. Job Description Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): Manage enquiries to provide caring and personalised solutions for our customers Complete Beyond Bank’s Lending Accreditation program Provide an exceptional experience for our customers Be part of a knowledgeable and high achieving team Manage all facets of our customer’s financial requirements Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers Possess a team player attitude and perform general branch duties as part of your role Engage and assist customers either face to face and/or via outbound calling to identify short, medium, long term needs and aspirations. Desired Skills and Experience We are looking for people who are: Able to engage and assist customers either face to face and/or via outbound calling to identify short, medium, long term needs and aspirations.
