About The Role Here at Sportsbet, we're customer obsessed, so we're seeking people who share our same passions for customers. Joining our Melbourne based Contact Centre, you'll get the chance to support some of the largest global sporting events across the calendar. We want to give our customers a "best in class" experience, so by bringing customer services experience and pairing it with our great training and development, we have created a team of high performing Customer Service Agents who provide an amazing experience day in day out. Weekends, evenings, and public holidays are a busy time for us as these are often when most sporting events are taking place, so we need our staff to be willing to work on these days and after hours. As we love to have fun, we always make sure that these days are full of atmosphere, so where else would you want to be anyway? Responsibilities Include: Field telephone betting and general and premium inquiries through diverse channels, including email, chat, and telephone, leveraging your ability to efficiently solve customer problems with meticulous attention to detail to achieve optimal customer outcomes.
