We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with GoActive distributed products. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve them via phone or email. Product Knowledge: Develop a great understanding of the company's products to provide accurate information to customers. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions via our CRM platform. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and quality assurance, to escalate complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution. Customer Education: Educate customers on product usage, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. About you: Experience in a technical sales or retail sales role. Passion for outdoor lifestyle advantageous. Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies. Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in troubleshooting product repairs and consumer issues. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
