Champion and foster a user-centric design ethos within TAB, imparting knowledge and fostering growth. Ensure seamless and unified customer interactions across our digital platforms and design infrastructure. Develop and implement a comprehensive Design Systems roadmap and adoption plan, collaborating closely with designers and engineering teams. Utilise user-centric design methodologies to steer our product strategy, ensuring the appeal of key features. Transform insights into user requirements, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs optimised for both mobile and web platforms. What you'll bring Exhibited empathy and patience in guiding and developing designers. Possess strong business acumen, adept at harmonising user needs with business objectives. Proficient in leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to shape product roadmaps and design strategies. Exceptional communication and persuasion abilities. Proficiency in Figma, capable of producing design concepts, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs at the highest standards.
