Project Administrator Admin / Secretarial / Office Support Administration Perth Contract 15/4/2024 Travel in Company time, 8/6 FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Geraldton Exciting opportunity to be part of the Mt Magnet growth story 6-Month Contract for Asset Management Project ABOUT THE ROLE The Mt Magnet operations team are seeking a Project Administrator, this is a 6-month Max Term opportunity working on a 8 days on, 6 days off roster. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will: Provide administrative support to the Asset Management and Maintenance Initiative Project. Develop and manage documentation and drawing registers. Develop, edit, and proofread project documentation and templates. Assist with maintenance data searches, including asset and work history information. Liaise with Document Controller and IT personnel to upload project documentation. including SharePoint. Assist with beta testing / stress testing of new technology platforms. Assist with project controls management and reporting (budget and schedule). Provide logistics support to the project team, including; Procurement of project resources. Team roster management. ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, we would like to see; Certificate IV Business Administration. At least 2 years' experience in a maintenance administration role in the mining or resources industry. High level of attention to detail & organisational skills. Advanced skill levels in using MS Word and MS Excel. Exposure to flights, accommodation, and roster management in INX. Exposure to a Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preferably Pronto. Ability to work to deadlines and have timekeeping skills. A West Australian C class driver's license (manual) and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access clearance purposes.
