About your role As a Contracts Administrator at Unita, you will be responsible for managing the procurement and administration of project works in accordance with Unita’s systems and processes from tender acceptance through to project completion. The Contract Administrator will typically administer multiple projects within a fast-paced environment. This role is based out of our Brisbane office in Fortitude Valley. What your days will look like Review negotiate subcontract and supplier terms. Assist with administration of Head Contracts - including claims, variations, EOTs RFIs. Accurate timely administration of Subcontracts - including claim assessment variations. Manage procurement administration of project works processes from tender to completion. Negotiation with subcontractors suppliers. Assist with financial management of projects. Coordinate council approvals - associated permits records. Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager for all facets of the project. What you will bring to the role Minimum of 2 years experience within a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator role. Fit Out experience preferable. Bachelor of Construction Management, QS, or a Construction related qualification. Understanding of specifications drawings for accuracy buildability. Excellent attention to detail with strong interpersonal and written communication. Confidently communicates with a range of audiences ensuring messages are concise, articulate and impactful using the most appropriate methods of communication.
