HSEQ Administrator — Currumbin Waters, Gold Coast South

Quick overview of the role The HSEQ Administrator will provide effective and efficient administrative support to the HSEQ team, working cohesively as part of the team to meet company strategic and operational objectives. What will you be doing? Document control administration for IMS related documents as per company document management processes. Assist to maintain users and accurate records within the company IMS system (Donesafe). Assist to maintain and monitor the shared HSEQ Inbox, and shared HSEQ calendar for scheduling of training, site visits, HSEQ meetings, HSEQ-related training and toolbox meetings. Perform functions and duties of the HSR Committee Secretary. Administer the internal TAP request process in conjunction with the Production Training Officer. Assist in maintaining and administer training and e-learning modules and all associated documentation within the IMS platform. Provide IMS system technical administration and statistical reporting support. Provide external training administrative support including training bookings, the dissemination of competencies into training records and provide training-related information to key stakeholders. Participate in supported HSEQ lead indicator activities (including safety walks, task observations, quality walks) for expanded HSEQ learning and development. Organise HSEQ-related files and folders in the shared directory. Assist with HSEQ budget and purchasing-related administration (purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods receipting). Assist in taking minutes of HSEQ related meetings. Other duties as reasonably required to meet company strategic objectives. What are we looking for in the successful candidate? Advanced level Microsoft Office 365 skills. Positive demeanour, solutions-focused, with a can-do attitude. Ability to ensure excellent attention to detail Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and display effective time management skills. Previous WHS, document control and minute-taking experience is highly regarded.
