About the role: Our client is in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to join their construction team reporting to the Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in project administration coupled with exceptional organisational abilities. This role presents a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in project management and coordination, ensuring seamless operations across construction sites. Draft project documents utilising standardised templates to ensure consistency and accuracy across all documentation. Coordinate the scheduling and rostering of installation teams in collaboration with Project Managers, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet project requirements. Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills in managing project timelines, resources, and priorities effectively. Take a mature approach to the role, displaying professionalism and accountability in all aspects of project administration. What you’ll need to succeed: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or environment, demonstrating proficiency in project administration. Previous experience in scheduling or maintenance roles using systems such as Deputy or similar software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong customer service abilities. Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point. A Diploma or Degree in Administration is desirable, showcasing a commitment to professional development. Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage time to meet required deadlines, ensuring the timely completion of project deliverables.
