The Customer Establishment Representative is responsible for entering data entry for Commercial and Residential Customers as well as perform a variety of customer service and administration functions related to the establishment of contracts for the business on a national basis. Location: Rydalmere NSW Key Responsibilities: Handle data entry requests via phone, email, and action queues, including processing contracts, updating databases, and raising install job requests. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all customer and site details. Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, meeting KPIs and exceeding customer expectations. Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly. Provide knowledgeable and courteous customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including Technicians, Subcontractors, and Sales Representatives.
