About you As a Kindergarten Teacher, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy. To excel in this role, you will be able to: create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of student have a sound knowledge in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies and training in InitialLit would be beneficial utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences. You will have attained: a tertiary qualification in Education eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) an Employee ID registration number with Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) or a commitment to Register to Teach in SCS Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead .
