Accounts Payable Officer to join a multi-national construction company in the North West of Sydney. ATLAS Recruitment are currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Officer to join a multi-national construction company in the North West of Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, as well as the setup of new projects, entering client and project budgets and the maintenance of our subcontractors/suppliers in Procore software. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the construction industry and possess strong analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and process subcontractor's/supplier invoices Ensure all payment requests are processed accurately and within the SOPA guidelines Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting Prepare subcontracts and maintain records within docusign Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions Setup new projects and enter client/project budgets Perform other tasks as required by the Financial Controller Skills Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry Experience using Procore or similar construction software Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to deal with conflicting priorities in a busy and fast-paced environment Be proactive and a team player Strong initiative and willingness to help others Ability to liaise effectively and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Enjoy collaborating with team members across the organisation and have a bit of fun along the way What's on Offer: Structured learning, development and career management programs Employee social events Vibrant and Dynamic office How to apply: For any questions relating to this role please click apply.
