Senior Warehouse Officer — Geraldton Region, Western Australia

$130 - $150k super bonuses for an experienced Senior Warehouse Officer on an 8/6 roster. Our client, a solid, dynamic gold producer, building their footprint to an exciting future, is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, and forward-thinking Senior Warehouse Officer to join the team. The role is site-based on an 8/6 roster in the Goldfields. Reporting to the General Manager, the Senior Warehouse Officer will set up procedures to ensure a proactive warehousing and logistics service, including appropriately maintained critical spares, equipment, PPE, consumables etc. Goldfields Full time $130,000-$150,000 plus super bonuses Key Responsibilities include: Ensuring appropriate systems and procedures are in place to facilitate requirements for parts and equipment wherever possible. Accurate quantity and quality of inbound goods through completion of the goods receipting process including safe unloading of vehicles. Maintaining inventory through correct labelling, storage and issuing of materials. Management of critical spares. Ensuring set up is appropriate for site requirements. Make certain all direct charge receivables are received as per purchase order requirements. Providing accurate and reliable daily, weekly and monthly reports as directed. Undertaking stocktake activities for managed inventory. Monitoring and receipt site essential consumables. Preparing documentation for dispatch. Ensuring the warehouse facility is secure. Qualifications, experience and skills required : Previous experience within a mine site warehouse or similar Minimum three years experience in a similar role Knowledge of critical spares management Ability to undertake project or improvement work in addition to daily requirements Sound written and oral communication skills, good organisational skills and a good level of computer literacy Ability to lead by example and guide your back to back A strong desire to succeed with a demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and teamwork Knowledge of Pronto, Oracle or a similar ERP system WA Forklift license Current WA drivers licence, MR or higher preferred Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance Ability to plan and execute continuous improvement initiatives Effective written and verbal communication Intermediate computing skills Benefits include: Permanent role on lifestyle friendly 8:6 roster Attractive remuneration with bonus and referral programs Quality accommodation and facilities Opportunities for development and progression All applicants MUST reside in WA and have full Australian working rights Bridge Resources acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands on which we operate and pay our respects to Elders past, present and future.
