Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical issues, identify root causes of equipment malfunctions, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Equipment Installation: Assist with the installation, setup, and commissioning of new electrical systems and machinery according to manufacturer specifications and company guidelines. Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to all relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels. Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and performance. Provide feedback on potential enhancements to maintenance procedures and workflow processes. Qualifications: Electrical Expertise: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, schematics, and industrial controls. Experience with motor controls, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and instrumentation preferred. Troubleshooting Skills: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve electrical problems efficiently and effectively. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
