Property Administrator — Claremont, Nedlands Area

Fantastic opportunity for a strong property administrator to join a major landlord part time. Our client is an outstanding WA based property group with a diverse and evolving portfolio that includes the development and management of quality retail, commercial, land and hospitality properties across Western Australia. With a focus on sustaining strong client relationships, you will be entering a collaborative work space within a high performing team & culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Administrator to be a key team member, responsible for the day to day financial management and administration duties for a key, premium retail shopping centre. Additional duties include but not limited to: Assisting the Centre manager with the accurate and timely preparation, analysis and reporting of budgets, outgoings, forecasts and audits. Providing financial information to stakeholders. Raising invoices, purchase orders, sundry, interest charges and reconciliation of tenant accounts and rental arrears. Managing daily retailer and tenant issues. Lease administration. Understanding and implementation of the Law and Retail Tenancy Act. General administration duties as required. This role is part time (20 hours per week) and will be based on site. You must be available to work 20 hours per week across at least 3 days. To be successful for this role, you will have a strong financial acumen and analysis, superior communication skills, have exceptional attention to detail and a passion for quality. You will be self-motivated, with the ability to deal with stressful situation and conflicting priorities. Real estate experience is required to be considered for this position.
