NEW OPPORTUNITY We’re seeking a well-rounded customer focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator (CSC), on a Permanent Full Time basis. Customer Service Coordinator - The Role: There are lots of qualities that we look for in our team, but above all we need people who are resilient, hands on and genuinely enjoy delivering good customer service. A background in administration or accommodation will provide you with a good grounding for this role and is highly regarded. Some of your essential skills will include strong written and verbal communication, intermediate computer skills, strong telephone etiquette and organisational skills. You will assist with providing a home away from home for our residents and we aim to hire staff who will champion fostering a safe, secure and healthy living environment. Some of the responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Coordinating a high-level of administrative duties (including operating the front desk reception, incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.). Creating a friendly environment and delivering a positive resident experience Assist with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing Taking the initiative to monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalating as needed Conduct room inspections from pre through to the post occupancy Assist with managing the property specific arears process Have an awareness and empathy for the many diverse groups and backgrounds within the UniLodge community Cultivate a positive culture within UniLodge, building its appeal in the marketplace for future and current student residents. Our mandatory requirements include: Eligibility to work in Australia National Police Check (completed within last 3 months) Working with Children's Check (Blue Card) Hold or have the ability to acquire a valid and current Registration Certificate lodged with the Office of Fair-Trading QLD.
