You will play a pivotal role within the organisation ensuring all fresh products are distributed to their client in a professional and timely manner, as well as overall leadership and coordination of the team. Your duties will include: Supervision of food preparation and production activities. Coordination of food production activities by liaising closely with team leaders. Ensure that the team meets quality KPI's. Proactively manage your team's performance including training and coaching. Monthly/Weekly work allocation planning, staff roster and scheduling. Creation of various reports. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills: Previous Manager/Team Leader experience in the food industry. Excellent time management skills required. Strong People leadership skills. Relevant tertiary qualifications would be highly desirable. Knowledge of equipment to troubleshoot any site breakdowns.
