Suitable applicants should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly motivated and practise current pedagogy. The ability to differentiate the curriculum to meet each student at their point of need is highly desirable. Applicants who specialise in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics) or Digital Technologies are encouraged to apply. Experience in the following will also be highly regarded; Whole School Programs, Prime Maths, T4W & Seven Steps to writing, Letters & Sounds, Hegarty PA program, Sounds Write, High Impact Teaching strategies and Positive Behaviours (PBS). Vacancies may arise during the life of this pool that require specialist qualifications (for example vacancies within Early Childhood Education).
