Job Description We currently have an exceptional opportunity to become an integral part of Minor Hotels Marketing team in the role of Junior Graphic Designer. This part time position will work 30 hours per week (Monday - Friday), and be based from our Brisbane CBD Office. This dynamic position entails crafting compelling digital and graphic design content for our portfolio of over 60 properties across Australia and New Zealand. This is a rare entry level opportunity to become part of a global hospitality organisation. Key Responsibilities Include: Develop highly engaging digital and graphic design assets which support marketing initiatives and campaigns Design creative assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives, including landing pages, eDMs, social media graphics, display ads and banners, and website graphics Visually bring-to-life the content marketing strategy through the design of various creative assets Design of creative assets for all PR and local area marketing requirements, including press print ads, signage, pull-up banners, flyers, brochures, fact sheets, and more Establishing digital graphic design solutions and templates that can be used across the creative team Translate marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs Ensure consistency of brand and creative across all brand touch points Provide design support to other business departments to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics
