About the role To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant Customer Service Officer to join our Lonsdale office Full Time in office position Monday to Friday, Duties Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls Handle customer queries and accounts in a professional and timely manner Provide customers with product, service and procedural information Accurate new customer account setup Process credit card payments as required Support Operations and Sales staff Administration adhoc duties when required Promoting the benefits of Supagas products / Deal with customer product queries.
